I came out of the kitchen door and heard a fluttering of wings. When I looked across she was dragging her catch a little further from the door, but certainly wasn&#8217;t going to give it up just because I had appeared.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> I stepped back inside and went for the camera.
